The first one we want to look at is the type of foods we eat or what we eat. It is no surprise that we are the fattest nation in the wold if you look at the typical American diet. This diet consists of obtaining calories from 35 to 50% fatty foods. Mostly from animal sources
The typical snack food is loaded with sugar, or salt or preservatives or additives and should not be consumed.The idea is to choose healthy food today for your dream body tomorrow.
If these things are new to you, I urge you to do more research into the matter and give it a try for just a month. You will never be the same after that. Your energy levels will increase and you will see the weight melt away.
Snacking on junk food is not my idea of smaller more frequent meals pr day. Eat your breakfast lunch and dinner as usual, but you can have some veges, or a salad or some fruits, to help your feel satisfied before your next meal so you don’t pig out.But no matter what, you should never skip breakfast in the mornings.
Our body’s digestive system operates in a system like everything else, it shuts down at nights, so undigested food in the stomach will probably be converted to fat.
Reduce each meal size and eat more smaller meals more time a day.
Since the majority of us live sedentary lives we see our weight spiraling out of control, so physical activity is imperative that you break the cycle of weight gain and no activity. If you are just starting with a workout program start small first and build up from there.
